Our Parish is at the extreme north of the diocese of London, verging on Hertfordshire and the green belt. Geographically, it is one of the largest parishes in London, and within its boundaries, an extraordinary range of life and activity can be found: shops, schools, housing estates, parks and farms; a major hospital (Chase Farm), the highest concentration of garden centres in Europe, and a generous slice of the M25.
The parish comprises two churches, dedicated to St John the Baptist and St Luke the Evangelist. St John's is a Venetian style country church, situated in an almost uniquely rural part of London. St Luke's is a red-brick church situated in the more urban area of north Enfield.
The focus of church life in the parish is the Sunday Eucharist, which is celebrated at both of our two churches, but there are also regular weekday services, along with other activities and social events. Visitors and newcomers are welcome to join in all our services and activities.

St Luke’s Church Temporary Closure
We are currently having some renovation work done on the ceiling of St Luke’s Church. As such, we are unable to use the main body of the church for the coming weeks, and so all principle services on Sundays and Wednesdays will be taking place at St John’s. Please see our services schedule page for details of our upcoming services.
Similarly, other community events are now taking place at alternative locations for the coming weeks, including Clay Hill singers, which will take place at the Lancaster Road United Reform Church for the time being.
Fields coffee shop and the vestry will remain open as usual. Entrance will be via the external vestry door.
Please contact Peter, the Vicar, on 020 8363 6055 if you require any further information.
